Who processes your data?

What data do I collect?

The website has no forms. I only receive data when you message or call me yourself: your phone number, name, where you are staying, your dates, information about your bike and any photos you send me.

What for?

To answer your question, give you a price, book and carry out the service, and issue an invoice.

Legal basis

Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), as well as tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long do I keep the data?

to be completed. I keep invoice data for as long as tax law requires.

Who do I share the data with?

WhatsApp messages go through the WhatsApp service (Meta), so the WhatsApp privacy policy also applies. The website runs on a hosting company’s server: to be completed. I don’t sell data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just message me on WhatsApp. You can also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
